    Summer Internship Program: Our summer internship program runs from late May to mid August; we bring in 20-25 top interns each year from all over the country and provide housing. We target college undergraduates in this program, mostly juniors but with a handful of sophomores.

    Qualifications: We require at least a 3.2 GPA (on a 4.0 scale) in a financial, mathematical, or business related field though we prefer a higher mark and have averaged about 3.8 in the past few years. We require demonstrated leadership potential and strong communication skills. We do not require a certain number of actuarial exams but successful completion of at least 1-2 is a strong preference, and prior work experience in the field is a nice to have.
