• Congratulations to our very own Beta Xi Kathy Spindler who has been honored with the Distinguished Citizen award in the field of science!
   

• Beta Xi, Penny Yocum Edmondson, has created a challenge for all members. She is challenging us all to "Walk to 2010". The next convention is in Tampa, FL, 1,000 miles away from headquarters. As part of a healthy living plan, she is asking us all to walk to the convention, by walking 1,000 miles over the next two years. Any walking counts (even laps around the mall and working out on the treadmill/elliptical). To sign up go to www.walkto2010.org.
   

• We are trying to update the entire website, if you have any pictures, memories, fun facts, or "history" about the Beta Xi house, please e-mail the webmaster.
   

• The 40th Anniversary of the Beta Xi Chapter is coming up, we would like to make a slideshow for the celebration we are having.  E-mail photos or you may mail hard copies to the house.  Place your name and address on the back of the hard copy to ensure it will be returned.
