Welcome to the Purdue Art of Living Club

What we do?

  • Teach practical, easy-to-follow techniques to handle Stress and become Efficient.
  • Hold on-campus Art of Living Courses taught by trained Art of Living Instructors.
  • Meet for weekly practice & Meditation (“Satsang”).
  • Free Yoga sessions every Friday.
  • Coordinate Community Service Projects.
  • HAVE FUN!

  • Membership and participation are free from discrimination based on race, religion, ethnic group, national origin, disability, or gender. Membership is open to all Purdue University students.

In 2000

  • 10% of college stuents were diagnosed with depression
  • 38% felt so depressed that it was difficult to function
  • 64% felt emotionally exhausted

In 2005

  • 15% of college stuents were diagnosed with depression
  • 47% of male and 39% of female felt so depressed that it was difficult to function
  • Anxiety diorders are the most common in the United States
