English 680V: Visual Rhetoric in a Technological Age (Purdue)

I found an interesting site reporting on visual recognition technology. Some scientists at MIT have created a program to recognize street scenes. The software is modeled after the human brain. The article can be found here and includes a link for downloading the street scene database.
