Welcome to the Zeta chapter of Delta Theta Sigma. We are a social-professional fraternity that strives to secure a high degree of scholarship, foster the spirit of brotherhood in our vocation, and develop leaders in the field of agriculture, food, and environmental sciences. We pride ourselves on maintaining the highest caliber of members based on scholastic achievement with a high 5 year collective GPA, stewardship in the community, and of campus involvement. Our members are inventors, state legislators, heads’ of international corporations, business owners, consultants, technicians, veterinarians, landscape designers, horticulturists, foresters and production agriculturists. Our fraternity is located on 321 Vine Street in West Lafayette where members have access to a full kitchen, study area, separate rooms with up to two roommates and much more.
The members of Delta Theta Sigma believe in a well-rounded collegiate experience, and therefore we participate in many social and philanthropic activities, both within the brotherhood and with other campus groups. Involvement is the key to experiencing all the benefits that Delta Theta Sigma has to offer. The more involved you are, the better overall collegiate experience you will have, and the better you are prepared for life after college. Some of the social events that we are involved with include, National Conclave, picnics, barbecues, grand prix and intramural athletics. Some of our philanthropic events include food drives, and our annual “fun in the mud” mud volleyball tournament. The proceeds from the volleyball tournament go to the breaking new ground foundation.
The members of Delta Theta Sigma are roommates, classmates, co-workers, and above all, we are the best of friends. Members are carefully selected who are genuinely interested in the welfare and success of one another during their college days and long after their college experience is over. Delta Theta Sigma actively promotes development of leadership qualities in their members and pledges; and our brotherhood does not end with graduation, but lasts a lifetime.
