The Ross Reserve contains an extensive trail system that provides researchers with access to all parts of the reserve.  Additionally, a grid system has been constructed with markers at every 40 meters.  These grid markers are color-coded, allowing researchers to easily locate their study plots.  All trails are continually maintained year round.
