Learn how to develop your skills in finding full text articles, quality web sites, and other types of information. In this class, you will learn tips and tricks to become more effective in finding, evaluating, and presenting information. These skills will be learned through discussion, hands-on exercises, and homework assignments.

After this class, you will be able to:

  • differentiate between types of information
  • write a thesis statement for a project
  • find a variety of sources related to a selected topic
  • determine the relevance of a found source
  • create a documentary-style short film
