| Be Found … Worshiping |
Worshiping here means I can understand more B. G. According to the student who wrote the poem above, worship sounds like a really important part of life. Worship engages our hearts, minds, souls and our strength. Jesus taught that the greatest commandment is to love God with all of our heart, mind, soul and strength. So maybe worship is kind of like loving God. Jesus also taught that there is another commandment just as important as that first one. He said, “Love your neighbor as yourself.” Worship then, can be a gathering of people who seek a way to express their love for God and who desire to understand what that whole thing about “heart, mind, soul and strength” means when we think about God, ourselves and our nieghbors. There’s no “because” or “so that” or any other reason necessary. We simply worship and we worship simply. We gather for Worship at The Found on Sundays at 10am |
