Responsibilities of each role

*all positions are somewhat flexible and all newcoming board members will be trained by previous officers

President: Run meetings, compile agendas for board members, be present at all events, email response for all members and the university, update forms and information both in paper and online via website and getInvolved for club status and events, attend leadership meetings.

Pro Tempore: Will be the President the follow year and works under the current President learning how the club functions from the President's role. Assists all other roles in essential functions as well as pairing residents/'grandparents' with club members for one on one visitation.

Vice President: serve in the absence of the president, assist in grandparent recruitment and pairing/follow up as needed, and takes attendance at events and meetings.

Treasurer: keep club accounts in accordance with BOSO/university regulations, collect and record dues/income, disperse funds.

Activities Coordinator: contact and schedule socials (average 2/month) with various residencies.

Historian:Documents club activities and compiles a scrapbook at the end of the year.
