About Me

Hi! I'm Arun Goud, an Electrical and Computer Engineering graduate student at Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana.

I'm currently pursuing my PhD degree in the Nanoelectronics Research Lab under the supervision of professor Kaushik Roy. My research focus is to do with the field of nanoelectronics, specifically understanding scaling effects and device design optimization for sub 10nm gate length MOSFETs as well as simulation of tunnel FETs.

I completed my MS degree at Purdue recently, in Electrical & Computer Engineering and prior to that I obtained my Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from CEG, Anna University in Chennai, India in 2009.
