Secretary's Duties:
- Taking the minutes of all officer meetings
- Making the minutes of the officer meetings readily available to the other officers
- Taking attendance at all general meetings, social events, and professional events
- Maintaining a running record of attendance
- Accepting emails for students unable to attend events and informing them if
their reason is considered acceptable.
- Distributing the record of attendance from time to time
- Emailing a weekly agenda to PAA members
- Maintaining the PAA email list
- Compiling a membership list at the end of the Fall and Spring semester
