I am currently pursuing Direct Ph.D. degree,
under the supervision of Prof.
Muhammad Ashraful Alam in the field of characterization
and reliability of nanoscale devices, at the Department of Electrical
Engineering, Purdue University
since Fall 2005.
I was
born in Sylhet, Bangladesh and completed my
Bachelors in Electrical Engineering
from Bangladesh
University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) in February
2004, securing the highest CGPA in my department. Before coming to Purdue,
I also worked as lecturer of Electrical
Engineering in Bangladesh
University of Engineering and Technology (BUET).
