The traineeship
There is a 4-step process to go on an traineeship, which covers selection, preparation, matching and integration.-
Selection : covers the participant to submit an application including motivation for going abroad, a recent curriculum vitae and a copy of grade transcript. This application is reviewed by a student review committee composed of an AIESEC alumnus, a professor, a psychologist or HR manager and a corporate manager. The committee might vary. This is followed by a Student Review Board, which is teamwork with other participants and a personal interview to assess your suitability to become an exchange participant.
-
Preparation
: is training and support to prepare you to live and work in a foreign country before you
leave. This includes logistical and cultural preparation as well as knowledge about
AIESEC.
-
Matching
: process covers access and an introduction to our online database of traineeship
opportunities, so you are able to search for the traineeship that is suitable you.
-
Integration
: into a new environment when abroad is given by AIESEC at the host university. This includes
opportunities for cultural and social activities with AIESECers in the host country.
