How Companies use AIESEC

You can find AIESEC trainees at some of the world's best known companies.  At IBM, they work as web masters, database programmers, UNIX administrators, market research, and more. PricewaterhouseCoopers uses trainees to lend a helping hand during the busy tax season.  You'll also find AIESEC trainees learning financial analysis at Motorola, doing market research at CMG, and providing multilingual customer support at MasterCard.

Trainees with IT skills are an invaluable source of talent for IT companies starved of domestic supply.  Many companies use AIESEC trainees to help expand into foreign markets by providing training in the US, then by hiring the trainee full-time in their home country to help start-up the business there.  The possibilities are endless.
