Q: Pricing - What are the fees for attending the Computer Roundtable?
A: Registration will be done on a first come, first serve basis.  Registration is official when we have received your registration forms and payment in full. Please understand that we must limit the amount of space each company may purchase to allow as many companies to attend as possible, which benefits both the students and employers.  Again this year, the cost of a booth will depend on when both items are received and/or postmarked.  The deadline for submitting your registration forms will be September 1, 2008 (subject to change), but we will take payments all the way up to the date of the Roundtable.  However, since registration is unofficial until we receive payment as well, we encourage you to mail the check soon after sending us the registration forms via the web or mail.  Below is a list of the costs:

Registration Info and Payment Received/Postmarked

Cost of Booth + 2 Representatives

Additional Representatives

$50 per rep.

After August 1, 2008 $700 $50 per rep.
  • There is a limit of eight (8) representatives.  Only one booth per company will be allotted at this time, but a second booth may be requested at the price of $100. Second boothes are limited, and they will be first come first server. If you are granted a second booth, your invoice will be updated. In addition, your representative will be informed via e-mail.
  • If you need a second booth, you can request one at registration time.
