Relay for Life 2009
Join the ALDPES team in the fight against cancer. April 4-5, 2009 from 6:00 pm - 6:00 am in the Purdue Armory. Shifts will be divided up as the team is formed. Please sign up for this great cause! Delivering Valentines
At our first All Member Meeting for the semester, we made Valentine's Day Cards to deliver to Westminster Village. Saturday February 7th at 2:30, we delivered them and played Bingo. Thanks to those who came out. They seemed to love having us there for Bingo!
Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service
Many volunteer opportunities were available working with children, senior citizens, the poor, the homeless, health care, and many other areas of need.
Toys for Tots
We collected new toys and wrapping paper to help them out.
Purdue Winterization
A group recently participated in Purdue Winterization where they assisted in preparing homes of the elderly in Tippecanoe County for winter. Pictures to come!
Trick or Can
On Halloween night, a group went trick or "canning" at local neighborhoods to collect can goods for the food bank. Stay tuned for pictures!
Boo at the Zoo
A group recently helped with Boo at the Zoo on Thursday, October 23 and Friday, October 24 at the Lafayette Zoo. They had a great turn out and had lots of fun!
