Self-Description

God, Friends and Family are the most important things in my life. I am a very loyal person and will stick up for anyone that I care about. I have a niece and a nephew plus I have about 75 cousins in my family (both sides combined), so family is a huge part of my life.  I love seeing the looks on peoples' faces when I tell them how big my family is. I am a very sarcastic person and I love to do stupid and random things. I am also very outspoken and I'm not afraid to say what I feel or think about things. I am pretty much obsessed with the Colts and I love Purdue football. I love playing soccer and running. I also have an addiction to Coke Zero.

Why AGD?
I chose AGD, because it was where I felt most comfortable. All the girls were really nice and they were really easy to talk to. I felt like the girls and I had a lot in common, which we do. Each time I went back to AGD, I could see myself living there and being happy and that was the big thing for me. It just seemed like a natural fit.

Favorite Alpha Gam moment?
My favorite Alpha Gam moment (so far) would have to be Barndance 07, because it was the first big event that we, the new members, participated in with the entire house. It was so much fun dancing, singing, and going on hay rides all night.

Favorite part of living in the house
I love having that support system that comes with being in AGD. It's so nice being able to talk to someone whenever you have a problem or just need to vent. I feel as though being in AGD has made me a more understanding person. I think I have matured more as well, because I know I have more responsibilities.

If you could go anywhere, where would you go and why?
I would go to Spain, because I would love to learn more about the Spanish culture and I think it is such a beautiful place.

What do you enjoy doing?
Playing soccer, watching movies, scrapbooking, hanging out with friends and I love being outside when it's nice.

What makes you unique?
I'm always the one who seems to break out into random, crazy dance moves even when there is no music playing.

Why did I choose to come to Purdue after spending 1 year at IU?
I chose to leave IU for many different reasons, however the main reason I came to Purdue was that it felt much more comfortable than IU. Yes, I am now the black sheep of the family since I'm the only Boilermaker, but coming to Purdue has been the best decision I have made. The people are so friendly and the atmosphere around campus is awesome, especially during football season. Plus, if I had stayed at IU, I would have never met the wonderful ladies that I call sisters. I also would never be able to use one of my now favorite expressions: Boiler up! :)

Future Goals
I want to attend graduate school, hopefully in Arizona. I also want to work in Speech Pathology, possibly in a school setting. I want to travel to many different places in Europe and want to eventually live by the ocean. After graduate school and traveling, I would like to have a family, but school comes first for the next few years.

You've just been given $500 to spend however you like, what would you spend it on?
I would probably buy Tiffany's jewelry or a new handbag, even though I already have way too many handbags to begin with.
