Self-Description

I'm a little bit of everything: crazy, laid-back, caring, cynical, organized, messy, honest, tricky, athletic, and lazy. I love doing different things with people and having fun just being myself. I'm a little bit of a geek: I love Harry Potter, I'm a huge bookworm, and my favorite vacation spot is Disneyworld. Give me an opportunity and I'll be laughing, and I'm pretty sure you'll be laughing with me. My favorite sports to play are lacrosse and softball, I love the St. Louis Cardinals (you couldn't pay me to be a Cubs fan!), and I'm a proud lefty. Boiler Up!

Why AGD?
AGD seemed like a very relaxed house with girls who had passions for many different things. I liked the idea of living up in the Acres - it's great to have a change to really bond with some Greeks and stick together! For me, the AGD sisters seemed like girls I would choose to hang out with on a regular basis. I've made bonds with my pledge class and the other sisters very easily, and it seems like the girls are always trying to find ways to have fun. We have diverse majors, interests, habits, and goals, but everyone works together to make the house great.

Favorite Alpha Gam moment?
Sisterhood events! Just being able to hang out and be ourselves without having to worry about boys getting in the way.

Favorite part of being in the house
I like being able to be close to everyone while in the house. I think it helps develop bonds and gives us more of a chance to learn about each other than when we're living in the dorms. I think I've learned to deal with the drama of many girls living together, as well as simply understanding what it feels like to have sisters. I don't get that being an only child.

If you could go anywhere, where would you go and why?
Greece: I think the country itself looks really pretty, and there are so many different things to see! Can't exactly speak Greek, but maybe I can find a cute boy to take me on a tour!

What do you enjoy doing?
Read, watch movies, cheer on my Cardinals, play various sports, enjoy some excellent "girl talk"

What makes you unique?
Any sarcastic comment - if you know me well enough, my sense of humor and the way I comment on situations becomes very obvious.

What food could you not live without?
Honestly? Cereal. I'm not really a breakfast person, but I'll eat cereal any time of the day. My dad has said a thousand times that he thinks it tastes like cardboard, but I fully intend to have a well-stocked cereal cabinet when I get my first apartment. Gotta have skim milk, too.

Future Goals
I'm a pharmacy major, but I'd like to do something besides stand behind the counter at Walgreens. I'd love to be able to work for a big pharmaceutical company and help change the industry for tons of people. My dream home is California - I hate the cold! - but I'm ok with going where life takes me. Being able to support myself is important, but there's nothing wrong with settling down with a great guy either. Mostly I just want to be happy where I am and enjoy life for as long as possible.

You've just been given $500 to spend however you like, what would you spend it on?
-Movies -Books -Clothes (I am a girl after all!) -Instruments: I think it would be awesome to have instruments around my house to learn to play!
