I have accepted a post-doctoral fellowship at the University of Chicago for 2010-2012. I am looking forward to working with John List and Steve Levitt's group on many projects, in particular Chicago Heights Miracle. [Oct. 10, 2009]

I have been invited to give a talk at the Family Financial Security Symposium at UW-Madison in April. I will be presenting our new work on applied visual analytics for personal financial planning. [Dec. 28, 2009]

I have been invited to give a talk at the Center for Neuroeconomics at New York University in March as part of the Neuroeconomics Colloquium. I will likely present some of our new research on interactive multi-attribute object selection. [Dec. 01, 2009]

I was a discussant at one of the sessions at the American Economic Association (AEA) meetings in January 2010. [Nov. 16, 2009]

I presented Decision-Making in Competitive and Cooperative Environments (authored with Roman Sheremeta) at the North American Economic Science Association (ESA) meetings in Tucson. [Nov. 16, 2009]

I gave a talk about applications of visual analytics to financial decision making in all stages of the lifecycle at the planning meeting on How to Research the Design & Presentation of Financial Options to Retirees at NYU. [Nov. 8, 2009]

Stephen Rudolph and I presented FinVis: Applied Visual Analytics for Personal Financial Planning at the IEEE Symposium on Visual Analytics Science and Technology (2009). We received a research grant from the NSF's Science of Science of Innovation Policy for the next 3 years of work on Applied Visual Analytics for Economic Decision Making (PI: David S. Ebert; Co-Investigators: Anya Savikhin, Tim Cason, David Hummels). [Aug. 12, 2009]

At the International Economic Science Association (ESA) meetings in Washington, DC in June, 2009, I presented An Experimental Study of Trust and Reputation with Differently Valued Goods . I also presented Cooperation Spillovers in Coordination Games (authored with Roman Sheremeta and Tim Cason). [June. 26, 2009]

In May, 2009 I received a grant for running my experiments on reputation systems from The International Foundation for Research in Experimental Economics (IFREE). [May. 06, 2009]

Factor Uses and the Pattern of Specialization (authored with Chong Xiang and Georg Schaur) was published in Review of International Economics. [Oct. 10, 2008]

I am currently a Ph.D. candidate at Purdue University working with Tim Cason. I will be joining John List's group at University of Chicago starting this summer as a post-doctoral fellow.
