MCMP 208 will be using the new 6th edition of the textbook by Trudy McKee and James R. McKee called
"Biochemistry: The Molecular Basis of Life" plublished by Oxford University Press in July 2015.
The ISBN is 9780190209896. Sometimes this is referred to as the 6E edition.
Note that the textbook is Hardback and 928 pages long with the cover shown on this web page (for the 6th edition). A paperback may be available.

This is a required textbook for MCMP 208 and is used extensively in the course.
The publisher, Oxford University Press, offers three combinations in addition to just the textbook. They include either the Sapling Online Homework System or a Student Study Guide and Solutions Manual or both. Neither the Sapling Online Homework nor the Student Study guide will be used in 208, and so are NOT required, although some students may find the Study Guide and Solutions manual useful (see also paragraph below). see the "More About This Book" link on the companion web site (link above) for list prices of various packages (click More About the Book on the left.)
The Student Study Guide and Solutions Manual available (ISBN 9780190209919) is described by the Publisher as written by the authors, this manual provides all solutions to all of the exercises from the text that are not included in the book itself. Each solution has been independently checked for accuracy by a panel of expert reviewers. This is optional and may be ordered separately. It also may be ordered as a package with the textbook. BE SURE TO BUY THE SIXTH EDITION of this manual.
This textbook may be purchased from any source - the local bookstores have been notified, just be careful to buy the correct edition. It is also for sale by the publisher on its web site and with various on-line book dealers. Just search for the terms Biochemistry and McKee, or use the ISBN to search. But be sure to buy the 6th edition.
