Rush events are simply an informal time to come to house, meet the brothers, and decide if ATΩ's a good fit for you. We have a set schedule of entertaining rush events each semester. You must come to several events to be considered for membership. We recommend that you rush several fraternities to decide which house's unique atmosphere is the perfect fit for you.

If you make a good impression during rush, you will receive a bid to pledge our fraternity. You may accept the bid whenever you receive it, or defer for up to two weeks to thoughtfully consider the decision, pray, and seek counsel wherever you might.

Upon receiving a bid, you will be eligible for pledgeship.

Pledgeship lasts nine weeks, and begins immediately after our Rush Schedule ends. It will generally require about 3-4 hours of your time per week.

· There will be absolutely No Hazing. You will never be forced to drink or partake in any activity in which might violate any religious beliefs, nor will you ever be degraded nor forced to do something you're uncomfortable with.

· Academics come first. Always. We will not do anything that will force you to miss class nor absorb an excessive amount of your time to the point where it will put your grades in jeopardy.

· When you pledge yourself to our fraternity, our brothers will also pledge themselves to you, to offer you the fullness of guidance, counsel, and security our brotherhood facilitates.

· Pledgeship is a time of leadership, responsibility, and accountability development, as well as training on how to become a good brother.

· You must attain a 2.5 GPA for your pledging semester.

· You must pass a national exam which will test knowledge acquired about our fraternity during your pledgeship.

· You must complete pledgeship requirements.

· Upon moving into the house you will assume the many responsibilities you were trained to handle during pledgeship.

· Pledging dues (which include all initiation fees) are generally around $500.

· Member dues are generally less than $500 per semester.

· Rent is approximately $5000-$6000 per year, but lowers as membership numbers increase.

· ATΩ offers a meal plan for less than $1200 per year.

· ATΩ does offer several scholarships to eligible members.
