|I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics of the Krannert
School of Management at Purdue Unversity. I received my Ph.D. in
Economics from Boston University.
My research interests are in labor economics, the economics of education, personnel economics and social welfare analysis. My recent work has focused on the black-white achievement gap in the early years of education, and on establishment promotion practices.
