Boiler Breakers Info
Boiler Breakers is a student organization at Purdue University that promotes the art of bboying/bgirling, breakdancing, popping, locking and other various forms of hip hop dance. We spread awareness of hip hop culture and dance through teaching, performing and discussion. We also travel to bboying and hip hop events as a crew to watch, participate and learn.
You may catch us on Purdue's campus dancing on the sidewalk or see us in the Co-Rec sessioning. You may not always spot us, but we're there and we're almost always willing to throw down as long as there's a good beat to rock to.
Boiler Breakers is open to everyone, regardless of skill level, age, or gender. If you are interested in joining you can contact us by email or drop by one of our weekly sessions.
If you have not registered for Boiler Breakers Online, click here to get full access to our forum, video and music sections and other members-only features.
Also, if you wish to recieve up-to-date information about club events, session changes and more, please sign up for our mailing list at https://lists.purdue.edu/mailman/listinfo/breakers. As a note, we do not email members of this site with club information, since many are not club members.
Hope to see you around!
