yo!

Sooooo many people have asked me how my footwork has gotten to where is. "Rox-it, you are so tall and yet your footwork looks so good! How do you do it?!?!"

(by the way, my footwork still needs a looooooooooot of work. i'm just trying to educate and hopefully inspire other bboys. And i HATE Tutorials that don't give you anything substantial to build off of!!! Grrrrrrrrr...)

Well, this is the foundation footwork that i learned and practice everyday among other things. I highly recommend ALL bboys get this stuff down in both directions. From there, build off into your own style. But when you work on this footwork, don't just do the moves. Do it ON BEAT!!!! Ironically enough, this tutorial is not on beat :-( I'm doing everything really slowly so that breakers who are new to the scene and don't know where to start, and old to the scene and just want to get a better foundation, can get their foundation on clutch. I'll make another vid later with my footwork actually on beat.

This is MY foundation in the sense of this is what i practice to better my footwork. Of course there's a lot more that i build from...but i'm not telling! Ha!

It's a general stereotype that tall breakers have really crappy footwork. I'm 5' 11 and 3/4". Dang near 6'!!! but i'm pretty thin so it looks like i'm hella tall. Well, that is for bboy standards anyway.

If you're not a foundation head, that's perfectly fine. But what would it hurt to show your opponent that you have mastery of foundation b4 completely wrecking on them w/ dope variations and beatrocking while on the floor? In addition, foundation helps TREMENDOUSLY with the whole concept of FLOW. An aspect that many breakers don't quite understand.

I made this vid in my living room so please excuse the mess in the background :-)

In America today, fast-food chains play a big role in supplying families with meals-to-go. Mainly because of the inexpensive prices and the delicious food. So, the question is, how can we cut down fast-food consumption and increase healthy food intake? more
