Don works for the city of Kawachinagano as a translator. Here we are eating at Kura sushi, one of my favorite places to eat in Kawachinagano. Food and drink travels by on the conveyer belt in the background. You pick what you want and pay for it by the plate. Each plate is 100 yen, about 90 cents. After you have finished you slide your plates down the shoot at the end of the table to be counted. I usually manage 8 plates. I like the tuna the best. Ito san seems to favor the crab brains.
