Michio Fukuoka visits the temple. Fukuoka san is a well known sculptor who has his studio in Takihata. We saw several exhibitions of his work in Namba. His work is fantastic. He gave Jim and I each a piece made as part of one of his works. My object is a black stone with the kanji character for "nothing" inscribed on it. |
