Making rice balls right to left. Balls are squeeze off a lump of pasty, firm rice. Each ball is then dipped in bean paste. The same process is used to make oatmeal balls dipped in a mix of dry bean powder and sugar. Tastes like sweet oatmeal but somewhat rubbery. |
