Making Sushi continued. Each riced cake is rapped in a parsimmon leaf and packed in a wood box. The cakes are squeezed in the box by putting four bricks on the lid. Serve on a parsimmon leaf with soy and wasabi. I enjoyed mackrel sushi for breakfast. |
