His research focuses on the musculoskeletal system, with a special emphasis on the biocompatibility of orthopedic implants, arthritis, gait analysis and skeletal development. |

Dr. Breur is a small animal orthopedic/neurosurgeon in the Purdue University Veterinary Teaching Hospital, and is involved in continuing education on a national and international level. He maintains a listing of canine and feline musculoskeletal diseases with a genetic etiology. |
