I am from Calicut (the name from which Calico is derived) in Kerala (called otherewise God's Own Country), India(The land of diversity).
I have spend my entire childhood at Calicut, and I have done my schooling from LFUPS and then later on moved to Jawahar Navodaya School. Deeply motivated by the scientific and technological progress the World was going through, I decided to pursue Engineering as my career and joined BITS, Pilani in Rajasthan, India (www.bits-pilani.ac.in) and completed my Bachelors in Electronics.
After graduation, I worked in Bangalore (Silicon Valley of India) for two years, first at Texas Instruments (www.ti.com/india) Libray Technology Development Group and later at Philips Semiconductors (www.philips.com) SoC Design Technology Group.
After spending two years in the industry, I decided to pursue PhD in United States. Currently, I am in Purdue University, IN, US (www.purdue.edu) working towards my PhD in the field of Silicon Nano-technology and Spintronics.
