Common Problems:
-Trouble viewing the intro video
If the video does not load at all and the text below the video appears near the top of the screen this most likely means you do not have Windows Media Player installed on your computer. If you do, check to see if you have a recent version. If so, check to see if your browser is compatible with WMP. Some browsers like Firefox require that you download a Windows Media Player "Add-On". If you're not sure whether you need an add-on for Firefox, go to firefox.com and search for "add-ons".
No Music or Trouble viewing the Mini-Player in the sidebar
This problem usually results from the same causes as the problem above with the intro video.
Information does not fit in the defined frames of the website:
This problem occurs when you have an unusual screen size/screen resolution or a screen size/resolution different than the screen sizes/resolution than what this website was designed for. Most larger screen sizes/resolutions are compatible. Problems usually occur when your screen size/resolution is smaller than that which this website was designed for. This problem can be fixed by getting a newer monitor with better screen resolution or by adjusting your screen size/resolution in the Display Properties of your computer to a better screen size/resolution.
Suggestions:
-If you are using Firefox or some other internet browser, try using Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher. Some of the coding seems to work better with IE.
-Try downloading Windows Media Player
-Try downloading Windows Media Player "Add-Ons" for your browser
-Adjust your screen resolution
-Switch to a different monitor with higher screen resolution.
-Turn ON "Active X controls" in your internet browser options. Your browser may be blocking these features of the website.
