Purdue Animal Sciences Team Page - Moo-ving for a Cure - Join the Team, or make a donation!

Many activities are planned for the day; there will be something for everyone. . . For YOU and your FAMILY!

Here is the Event Schedule:
A brief Opening Ceremony starts things off at Noon, and then everyone starts walking.
Survivor Laps will be at 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm.
The Caregiver Lap will be at 7:00 pm .
The Luminaria Ceremony will be at 10:15 pm.
The Closing Ceremony will wrap up the event at 11:30 pm.
Details will be on the Event Page.

You can come when you want and stay as long as you want. You don't have to stay for the duration, but it would be great if you can! Enjoy the activities and socializing, and walk - even run - the track as many laps as you want.

You can join the team, or make a donation (or both!). Joining the team is essentially saying that you'll come to Relay and you'll raise funds. If you get $100 in donations, you get a Relay t-shirt. Survivors AUTOMATICALLY get a Survivor t-shirt. You can also donate a luminaria "In Memory" or "In Honor" of someone who has fought a battle with cancer. The name of the person you are commemorating will appear on the luminaria. The luminaria lighting is one of the highlights of the Relay.

Please note: if you want to join the team and make a further donation, it's best to join the team FIRST. It will give you the option of a further donation. Luminaria donations are separate.

If you would rather not donate online, each team member has a downloadable donation form - below the orange "Donate Now" box is a link to "mail in your donation by check". Here's mine - cross out my participant name and ID if you want it to be credited to the team rather than an individual - write the check to "American Cancer Society" and mail it to the address on the form.
