Deborah Renshaw Deborah Renshaw, Northwood University; NASCAR race car driver; competed at the infamous Nashville Speedway USA in the NASCAR Weekly Racing Series Late Model Division, and moved the team up to the top of the championship point standings, making history in the process by becoming the first female to lead the points race in a NASCAR-sanctioned series. Princess Martha Crown Princess Martha of Norway; became an initiated member of Delta Zeta after visiting the University of North Dakota and becoming interested in the role the sorority played in the lives of college women; was initiated in 1939 by a ceremony that was presided over by National President Myrtle Graeter Malott; personally thanked Delta Zeta for aid to her country’s children through the Foreign Friendships Service after World War II.
