Delta Upsilon - Our International Organization
The Purdue Chapter of Delta Upsilon is a non-secret college-based fraternity. Delta Upsilon, or DU, was established in 1904 and believes in promotion of lifelong friendship, development of character, advancement of justice, diffusion of liberal culture. DU focuses on "building better men" for the future. We believe that leadership, responsibility, scholarship and social skills are all characteristics that define a well-rounded man of the future and Delta Upsilon develops its members to these qualities.
No Secrets, No Hazing
No secrets, no hazing. That's what we believe in and that's what we represent. Our rituals and ceremonies are open to family, friends, and faculty to share the great feeling of being a part of something great and celebrating with ones you care about.
Our Motto
"A DU in everything and every DU in something." That's our motto which represents Delta Upsilon and its involvement in academics, scholarships, clubs, intramurals, and social and extracurricular activates.
