Listened--> RENT! Original Broadway Cast - Not much different from the Movie Soundtrack (Thanks Tisha)
Saw--> RENT - Only Twice though! :-) FOUR STARS!
Reading--> The Lion, Witch, and the Wardrove - Gotta read it again before the movie!

Hello, loyal readers. Has it really been a long time? Ya, I guess it's been 20 days since I've updated... sorry bout that...

The last week of school (that'd be two weeks ago) was probably the roughest yet here at Purdue. Didn't do as well as I'd hope on my exams.. which really sucked.. I hate how everything I do is never good enough anymore. I put so much more work into things than most people, and it's just not paying off now. It will hopefully in the future...I've decided to stick with my major (EE) for now. I accepted my internship at Caterpillar this summer, so I better get a lot of visitors to Peoria!

Quiz Bowl was the most sucessful, amazing thing ever! All of my hard work paid off greatly, and I was extremely happy. We had 150 people packed into the basement of Berring Hall. We had 32 freakin' teams sign up, with about 15 more wanting to sign up late. Considering we only had 5 teams last year compete, this was an amazing change. Thanks for everyone that helped write questions (Kyle Z. & Tracie D.)! PESCers - thanks for your help! You guys are amazing. See the MAIN page for links to the tournament questions and game board.

I went to visit Mc High School Wednesday. I returned all of the questions that Sra. Aubuchon let us borrow. Thanks so much! I felt so weird being in there, but it felt like home. Every corner I turned someone would recognize me and say hi. I talked with about 15 different teachers just walking down the main hall. It was nice to be back. Unfortunately, the band was watching a movie when I got there, so I didn't get to hear them play, but I'll be at the concert in a few weeks. I talked with Mr. Shaw for half an hour, which was nice to catch up. I miss high school sometimes... well, except for the drama... but that really never leaves, does it?

My family and I had our Thanksgiving on Wednesday night. It was delicious. I can't remember the last time I've had a sit down meal with my family... so that was really nice. I was presented with an early Christmas gift. Eric got a new cell phone - with a NEW number, so ask for it if you want it.

That evening I went to see the spectacular that is... RENT. Oh my.. it's soooo good. Unfortunately, due to the other excellent movie called Harry Potter, not many people went to see it this weekend. So, now, you all have something to do next weekend. It's simply amazing. I've listened to both soundtracks (the OBC and the Movie one) and I have to say that I like the movie one a lot better. The instrumentation is more driving, more soulful. The voices are clearer, powerful. It's amazing. I need to stop talking about it like I'm obsessed with it. Oh wait, I think I am now. lol. NO DAY BUT TODAY!

The break overall was great. Got to hang out with all my friends and.. here it goes.. RELAX. Man, that was great lol. But now, the three week push is before us again. I'm updating this now b/c I'm so not motivated to do homework right now. You'll have that I guess.

This week: School, classes, homework... UGH... Scholarship banquet Saturday night, PESC elections Sunday night, look for me playin piano in a dorm near you, too. I'll be performing a concert thing? maybe at Westminister Village the week of December 19th. Stayed tuned for more. Signing off...

I suppose I should give you my weekly update, though there's not a whole lot to say lol.

Friday night was JarHead night with Trace. We get there 30 mintues early, and, of course, the movie's sold out. So we RUSH to Lafayette 7, where the line in out the door. So, we RUSH back to Wabash 9 and buy advance tickets. Then we RUSH over to Arby's off of 26 b/c we're starving. Then we go to Wal*mart lol... interesting place to be on a Friday night, eh? Then we go back to Wabash and we're 45 minutes early for the show (the late show at 12:15). I didn't think either of us we're goin to stay awake the whole movie, so we took a short nap in the Jeep. Movie ended up being worth the wait. It was done really well, but I was disappointed that there wasn't more to it... Good nevertheless.

I got back at 2:30 and Jordan was in bed.. first time I've ever been back later than him lol. Woke up the next morning for the Purdue game. And what a game it was :-) After the first touchdown, I trusted my life to my pals, and I went up in the air for pushups. Man, they were really throwing me up there... I was scared, but there were a lot of 'em and I know they wouldn't drop me.. well.. I hope not on purpose at least.. it was cool though.

Went home after the game... The Mc Fall Formal was that night and Rach was getting all ready. Her hair looked beautiful... It was really nice.. but I guess it was really expensive to do, too lol. Her and and her friends were coming to our house for pictures. I was kind of jealous, actually lol. It looked like fun. They were all dressed up.. and, since I was doing laundry, I was just in a plain old shirt and shorts.

This week: EPICS Design Review Presentation (wish me luck), Formal Lab Report, Bowling with the folks at Rosewalk, Last Home Football game. Sign up for QUIZ BOWL by FRIDAY. Signing off...

Tracie--> Yet another good movie chosen by me. But let's not get into that disagreement again. Jarhead was a good movie.... actually I thought it was a really good movie. A lot of F*#$, but I guess you'll have that in a military movie. My favorite line, "Men, I just felt my d$ck move". Classic! Anywho...good luck this week. I'll be seein' ya. Oh yeah...where are your pics of you as a caveman?!

ThEDGE--> What are you talking about? Kyle and I never argue... AND if you would have read up top, it says not posted until Thanksgiving Break. Sorry... I'm so busy these next two weeks, I just don't have time... You'll just have to wait.

kyle--> aw, eric's talking about how pretty his sister's hair was... how cute... lol. I miss going to dances and such... we had a dance at the wedding this past weekend, but we didn't get to dance for very long... :-( We need to have a dance sometime... dance party at my house! lol...kyle/eric singing/piano extravanganza coming soon, woohoo!

ThEDGE--> Did I get your whole comment this time? I don't want any, "Dude, I totally had this and that..." And why is it Kyle/Eric? I think I deserve to be listed first... Eric and Kyle.. now doesn't that just roll off of the tongue?

Tracie--> I think my name should be first (even though I was excluded in Kyle's comment, cough) because I know how to play the piano now and I'm the best looking of all of us. But whatever...and I miss dances too! Let's dance together (and by dance I mean...dance?) I don't know, but I like leaving comments on here.

Tracie--> Oh yeah...when is this singing/dancing extraveganza? I want to listen!

Tisha--> I always forget to comment.
