 | The duties of the President are as follows:
- He/She shall have the primary responsibility to enforce the
rules and policies of this constitution and its bylaws.
- He/She shall preside as chairman of the house, chapter, and
Executive Board meetings.
- He/She may serve as ex-officio member of all committees.
He/She is responsible for coordinating the work of all committees.
- He/She shall be the Interfraternity Council representative.

 | The duties of the New Scholar Educator are
as follows:
- He/She (and if deemed necessary, his assistant) shall
encompass the duty of organizing the New Scholars as a unified group.
- He/She shall have direct supervision over all New Scholar
activities and shall take any steps necessary in accordance with the
house rules and regulations to provide for the maturity and adjustment
to college of all the New Scholars.
- He/She shall institute a New Scholar policy with the advise of
the chapter. This policy may be overruled by a majority vote of
the actives present.

 | The duties of the Executive Vise President
are as follows:
- He/She shall temporarily fulfill the duties of the President
in the event the President is unable to do so.
- He/She shall be responsible for arranging and implementing
Alumni Day and Parent's Day activities.
- He/She shall be responsible for public relations.

 | The duties of the Administrative Vice
President are as follows:
- He/She shall be held responsible for the cleanliness and
proper condition of the house, through the power of assigning weekly
work sessions when deemed necessary. Announcement of this must be
posted four days preceding the work session.
- He/She shall make recommendations for the purchase of all
house equipment.

 | The duties of the Treasurer are as follows:
- He/She shall maintain the house finances and shall make the
books available to any member wishing to inspect them.
- He/She shall prepare a budget at the end of the semester
before the beginning of the next school year, with the help of the
Executive Board and committee chairperson, subject to approval of the
house.
- He/She shall be responsible for the collection of house dues
and assessments.
- He/She shall prepare a weekly statement of the budget for the
house meetings.
- He/She shall share joint power with the President to approve
all expenditures.

 | The duties of the Secretary are as follows:
- He/She shall take minutes of all house meetings and Executive
Board meetings.
- He/She shall prepare four typed copies of all minutes taken
and send one copy to the WGA,the house advisor, and local WGA
representative. The remaining copy shall be filed in the minute
books for future reference.
- He/She shall authorize all official house correspondence and
shall forward all mail.
