| My
teaching interests and techniques are guided by 20 years of designing
real products in industry and over 15 years of mentoring activity to
less experienced engineers in
industry. The notion of working for a single company for the durarion
of one's career is all but gone, as most of us have witnessed, or
experienced the birth and death (or at least downsizing) of corporate
entities. One of my main goals in teaching is to instill in every
student a sense that they are capable of adapting; to new technologies,
new industries, new jobs, etc. |
