EWB-Purdue has recently applied to a project in El Salvador that involves the development of a waste management system. As well as applying to new projects, we are currently working in two different communities. In April of 2009, we recieved a project in Papachacra, Bolivia to develop a clean water system for a community of 120 families. We are also working with Seeds of Hope Outreach and West Lafayette High School's Student Humanitarian Organization to improve the quality of life for a community in Swaziland.

As well as working to help communities across the globe, EWB-Purdue plans to work on small scale projects in the local Lafayette and West Lafayette Community.
