Roc-tha-Mic Night

Congratulations to Kristine Squared (Kho and Merchan) for being this semester's karaoke champs. They beat out the hosts Genesis and Lorenzo with a perfect score on Nelly Furtado's "Promicuous". Honorable mentions go out to Jag & Ralph for their coreography to Los Del Rio's "Macarena" and Paolo & Marinett who earned the first perfect score of the night with Christina Aguilera's "Genie in a Bottle."

FACT 2008

How did our weekend at University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign go? The photo above pretty much sums it up. Everyone had fun getting to know more about fellow PFA members, learning more about the Filipino culture, meeting new people and of course making new friends. Older PFA members knew what to expect and enjoyed every moment of it. Freshmen and new PFA members at first weren't too sure of what to expect but by the end of the weekend, it's safe to say they're already looking forward to coming back next year.
The PFA would like to thanks Jeff Mabilangan, Angelica Vargas and Abet Lardizabal for the amazing work they put in to this year's FACT. They've definitely made it a weekend to remember for all those that attended!

Game Night

Another fun night at the Crib-O. We played Mad Gab, Buzzword and introduce Mafia to the freshmen and new members. The guys won Mad Gab, everyone struggled with Buzzword, and as usual everyone enjoyed playing Mafia.
