Purdue Filipino Association

Hey everyone!

Please come join us for the first annual Purdue Filipino Association (PFA) and Asian American Associan(AAA) annual picnic this Sunday, September 27 at Pickett Park from 2-5 pm.  Come out to meet new friends from AAA, and of course eat lots of burgers and hot dogs, and other goodies. There will be games such as beach volleyball, football, and frisbee.

We will also be debuting the much anticipated LIFE SAVER GAME!  (Come out and try to take down the defending champ Jag Kho)

Just to keep you updated about what’s going on this semester:

- Oct 16: Barrio Fiesta at Ohio State University
- Oct 17: Trip to IU with Ohio State’s PSA
- Oct 23: F.A.C.T. at U of I
- Nov 14: Pacquiao vs. Cotto at Gen’s apt
- Dec 4: PFA & VSA Formal

PFA is having a t-shirt design for the upcoming F.A.C.T. Conference in October.  Please bring your designs to the next meeting, which will be announced here and in an email.  The winner will receive a free shirt or $5 back from your dues!

If you want to be an active member of PFA, please turn your dues in ASAP to our treasurer Anel or any other officer.
