My wife, her brother, and I built this from scratch. My wife and I sketched the overall deck plan and dimensions including the lower portion where the hot tub is. My brother-in-law then figured and drew up the finished design with all the final dimensions. The hot tub was purchased from Lowe's. Also featured (but not very conspicuous in the pictures) are three weatherproof 20 amp outlets, four eyeball lights, two flood lights, an inside three-toggle light switch, and two separate custom built ported speaker boxes installed under (up inside, to be more precise!) the eaves. All work is done in conformance with local building codes.
