Awesome! Just show up to any Monday night practice or our callout, and we'll get you started. We'll spend about an hour giving you our introduction and safety briefing, and then you can spend the rest of the time shooting. If you've never shot before, don't worry! We can teach you everything you need to know, and we have all the equipment you'll need.

Becoming a member of PRPC is as simple as filling out some quick paperwork and paying club dues. There's no commitment to attend practices, and if you only want to show up casually and infrequently, we're totally cool with that. If you're a little more serious about shooting, we also have competitive smallbore rifle, air rifle, and pistol teams. Our rifle teams participate in several informal matches throughout the year, as well as being a member of the Western Intercollegiate Rifle Conference, for which we shoot monthly postals from October to January and host the Conference Finals match in February every year. Pistol competition at present is a little less organized due to lack of serious interest, but we do have informal matches from time to time.
