  • Who are we?

    We are a group of Purdue students who like to stay active and practice gymnastics for enjoyment.
    Our team is composed of members of various skill levels ranging from experienced high school gymnasts to first day beginners.

  • About

    We are a group of Purdue students of diverse skill levels who practice gymnastics for enjoyment.

    Join Us

    There are no try outs or skills required to join the club. The only thing we ask is that you sign a waiver for liability issues and that if you decide you're going to stick with the club, that you pay our member fee ($120 USD for the year) and participate in fundraising activities. This money goes towards buying and maintaining equpiment and uniforms, as well as to funding trips for competitions.

    Activities

    Our club is a competition team. We are part of the NAIGC. We attend an average of 6 meets around the midwest each year. Each February we also host our own meet, called the Golden Grips Invitional. This is the largest NAIGC meet in the midwest. Also, at the end of each season there is a National competition in which clubs from all around the country converge to compete with one another. We encourage everyone who wants to compete to do so, but competing is by no means required. Just like our club, the meets are set up so that they are competitive for all skill levels. They are enjoyable for beginners and professionals alike.

  • Golden Grips

    The Purdue Golden Grips Invitational is Purdue's annual home meet.
    It is hosted on the second floor of Lambert Fieldhouse.

    The date for the upcomming Golden Grips Meet is February 9th, 2013!
    The entry fee will be determined soon. Be sure to check NAIGC.net for Official Information!
