How to Receive the RSS News Feed
Use this URL in any feed reader to receive the RSS feed:

Computer
Mac
For a Mac, Mail comes with a built in RSS reader. All you have to do is open mail, click on File and then click "Add RSS Feeds". Click the "Specify custon feed URL" button and enter the URL at the top of this page, that's it.
PC
For Windows, there are several options. If you have Vista, you can use Windows Mail to get the RSS feed. You can also use Outlook if you have it (not Outlook Express). The other option is to use a program called FeedDemon. Any of these options will work fine.
Phone
There are three ways to get RSS on your phone. Depending on your phone, there may be applications that you can get to receive RSS on your phone. If you have internet on your phone, there are some web based RSS readers you can use. You could also get Facebook messages forwarded to your phone with Facebook's mobile service once you have installed the Facebook RSS reader.
*Some of these services require a data plan or at least a texting plan. Without one you could incur additional charges on your bill.
Add this application to your facebook account and not only will you be able to get updates on Facebook but you can set it to notify you when the feed is updated.
