Student Build 2008-2009
Each year Purdue University Habitat for Humanity Campus Chapter raises enough funds to pay for the construction of a house in the Lafayette area. However, Purdue Habitat does not stop there. Each year more than 200 members come out to help build. Volunteers include undergraduates, graduates, professors, and the home owner(s). Construction takes place from mid-October through March. This year Purdue Habitat for Humanity and the Purdue University Chapter of the National Association of Home Builders well be working together to build a house for a Lafayette family.
