A native of Indianapolis, I began my studies at Purdue University in 2005 as a freshman in biology/pre-medicine. Fortunately for sick people everywhere, I decided that the medical field wasn't for me. I have been pursuing a degree in Visual Communications Design ever since.
Attending Purdue and living in Lafayette has presented me with a multitude of opportunities; I've worked for a local magazine, the campus newspaper, and am presently employed under Purdue's Housing and Food Services as the student graphic designer. My professional work has received local and professional recognition by the American Advertising Federation and has been featured in multiple juried exhibitions. I also do quite a bit of freelance photography. A complete listing of my professional and academic achievements can be viewed here.
When I'm not enjoying work, I'm writing, reading, playing the piano, and traveling. I hope one day to live in Chicago and change the world through 2-D design.
