Speech Intro
    "The Lost Kingdom ", a documentary film on a Koa-a-hi (Taiwanese Traditional Opera) troupe. "The Lost Kingdom Kung Yue Society" tells us the story of an once famous "Koa-a-hi" Troupe, "Kiong-Lok-Sia", of how popular it has been, and how it decayed...... The composer of the film's original music score, Ling-Hui Tsai, will talk about her composing film music experience after presenting this film. Ling-Hui Tsai was born in Taipei, Taiwan. After graduated from National Institute of the Arts, she headed to Yale School of Music, majoring in Music Composition. Later on, she continues her Music Composition Ph.D. program at the University of Pennsylvania. Let's know about more about Indianapolis. It is absolutely not just a place with the airport. We'll provide the Ride up to 12 people. Invite the speaker from TC Speech Tour.

Dr. Chen Tan-San' brief vita~
1935, born at Yen-Shiu, Tainan county, Taiwan
1954, admitted into department of Mathematics, National Taiwan
University, then transferred to Department of Atmospheric Physics
1964, accomplished the Master Degree at Oklahoma State University
1972, achieved Ph.D. Degree at department of Earth & Atmospheric
Science at Purdue University
1973-'74. worked at the Officer of the United States Federal
Bureau
1978, President of Taiwanese Association of America (TAA)
1979, President of World Federation of Taiwanese Associations
(WFTA)
1992, DPP Congressman of Taiwan
1993, Governer elect of Tainan county
1997, Governer elect of Tainan county, second time

    Dr. Chen devoted himself into the movement of Taiwan Indendence  for years when he was in USA. In 1978 and 1979, in order to organize  the Taiwanese people around oversea, Dr. Chen developed TAA and WFTA.  When Kaoshiung Incident happened in 1979, Dr. Chen organized the Taiwanese groups to lobby the resolution of human right at Senate  and the House of Representative to watch KMT in the judicial  proceedings for the political prisoners. In 1992, Dr. Chen went back  to Taiwan and champion the governer of Tainan County for DPP.
    In 1999, he won the number one poll in the evaluation of the  performance of county government around Taiwan.
