Halloween 2008!

October 27, 2008
2:36 pm

Get ready to do some spooky Improv this Friday as the Ship of Fools celebrates Halloween. Costumes are encouraged! The normal open forum will happen in BRNG 2280. However, this week there will be no workshop and afterward we will all be packing up and heading out for some 100% good times. Directions will be provided for those interested right after open forum.

Come hang out in costume, have a good time with good friends, and most importantly, enjoy a night full of laughs.

[Technical issues are keeping me from putting this on the calendar. Please bear with me.]

Towle Theater Fundraiser

October 18, 2008
7:00 pmto8:00 pm

Hoist the sails and other nautical metaphors! The Ship of Fools will be setting sail for their home away from home at the Towle Theater in Hammond Indiana. The Towle is doing a fundraiser with performances by all manner of different groups in all manner of different performance styles. The event will occur both Friday and Saturday, but the Fools will only be there to close out the event starting at 7pm on Saturday night.

Greyhouse Performance

October 17, 2008
8:00 pmto9:00 pm

The Ship of Fools sets sail for the Greyhouse, bringing full bear their usual arsenal of laughs and good times. The Greyhouse is located in the same space as the dearly departed Villiage Coffee House. The show is free and open to the public, so bring a friend or three. The show begins at 8pm and runs until 9.

The only downside to all this is the fact that due to the show’s time, there will be no Friday Night Open Forum. Join us again next week for your full dosage of all-you-can-participate-in improv comedy stylin’.
