Come to Purdue and Host an IISE Info Session

Info session details

A typical info session is held in the evening and lasts 30 - 45 minutes, with a period of up to 15 minutes afterward for questions. After the info session, your representatives have a chance to talk to individual students and collect résumés. Companies frequently talk about the basics of what an Industrial and System Engineer would do for them along with where they would be located, but there is more than can be discussed. IISE also recommends a skill building portion that could include a case study, interviewing skill-building, resume building and so on.

Publicity for this event will appear:

  • in emails directly to students
  • via flyers on the ISE bulletin and on boards within classrooms across campus
  • in other engineering organizations
  • on Facebook, Twitter and this website
  • Sponsorship

Sponsoring IISE is an investment in your organization’s future. In exchange for IISE organizing and marketing your info session, we ask for a donation of $500. Corporate donations like yours are crucial to IISE and allow us to operate and host events like these. Let IISE make sure your company’s recruiting at Purdue is a success.

If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact our Director of Professional Development.
