Suomi-Net at Purdue
SuomiNet is a proposed network of GPS receivers to be located at universities and other locations to provide realtime atmospheric precipitable water vapor measurements and other geodetic and meteorological information. Support for installation of the network is provided by UNAVCO .

Purdue is a registered participant in the Suomi-net program. We have received the GPS receiver and it should be installed soon at the Cherry Lane Meteorological Station run by the Purdue University Department of Earth and Atmospheric Sciences.
